On the aspect of heat dissipation, we have creatively utilized the principle of aerodynamics and integrated aluminum air convection cooling design, there are two cooling surfaces on both up and down, and eight reinforced connectors in the middle, to make it hollow inside, and also there are holes on both sides which can enhance the air convection cooling inside and facilitate the heat removal so as to approve the LED light source heat conductivity. The above mentioned independent cooling scheme has assured our high power LED luminaries operating normally and safely under the temperature of 50°C.

Application for two modules:Mainly at secondary main road,branch,factory illumination.

Light Distrbution Design

We take one-time bat-wing photometry lens, zoster facula design when encapsulating. Under the condition of no limit on the LED optical glowing in the landscape orientation, and combining our secondary optical lens modules, we also make a certain collecting for the light glowing in the lengthways orientation in order to make full use of light. This design could avoid light added, reduce the light loss, meanwhile it can eliminate LED glare and protect the LED optical.

Circuit Design

The design of DC9V-30V or city electric AC90V-264V wide input voltage driving circuit, together with the accurate constant current output, helps to make each high efficiency LED work on a constant rated current environment, minimum cable loss and aging coefficient, power conversion efficiency higher than 90%, power factor more than 0.95. Accurate constant current output makes sure a longer LED life.
